Christina Fisher serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer for UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement. She leads enterprise finance, planning, and operational strategy, helping to advance the organizations’ mission and long-term impact.
Fisher brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience across complex, mission-driven organizations in the healthcare, nonprofit, and financial sectors. She has led large-scale financial, operational, and technology transformation initiatives in highly regulated environments. Before joining ULRI and ULSE, Fisher served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. She previously served as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of the American Hospital Association and held senior leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Fisher is known for strengthening organizational performance, advancing risk management and governance, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
