The Standards Gulf forum is aimed at consolidating integration between member states of the GCC Standards Organization (GSO) and introducing the role of standards in developing and supporting Gulf industries, facilitating trade exchange and access to regional and global markets, and protecting health, safety, and environment. Further, member states and representatives of Gulf industries share experiences and expertise to help strengthen the infrastructure of the industrial sector, emphasizing the role of GSO standards in addressing challenges and supporting innovation and international trade.
