Caitlin D’Onofrio is the Senior Manager of the Sustainability Standards Program at ULSE where she leads initiatives to advance sustainability standards. She works with internal and external experts to shape the Standards Sustainability Portfolio, addressing critical issues impacting people and the planet such as battery repurposing, climate resilience, indoor air quality, and the sustainability of electronics. 

Caitlin joined UL in 2014 as a project manager in the UL ECOLOGO program (formerly UL Environment), managing multi-attribute, life cycle-based environmental certifications and related standards. 

She holds an Honours BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
