These Procedures govern the development and maintenance of UL standards in accordance with the ANSI Essential Requirements: Due process requirements for American National Standards. These Procedures address all aspects of standards development including Technical Committee (TC) formation and operation, review and balloting of proposals, TC meetings, appeals, and formal interpretations.
