Lesley Rohrbaugh is head of insights and policy analysis for UL Standards & Engagement. An experienced market researcher with a diverse portfolio of analyzing consumer and B2B insights, Rohrbaugh is responsible for monitoring the latest research, regulation, and legislation affecting the safety science arena.
Before joining ULSE, Rohrbaugh served as director of research for the Consumer Technology Association, where she was responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing aspects of consumer, B2B, and strategic research programs across all technology categories. She was a frequent keynote and speaker at many industry events including the international CES held in Las Vegas. Rohrbaugh also has held research leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker Inc. and National Association of Community Health Centers, and was formerly on the board of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Insights Association, which represents the research and insights industry.
Rohrbaugh earned B.S. degrees in psychology and sociology from Virginia Tech. Among other honors, she was named to the 2022 Dealerscope 40 Under 40 list, which honors top young leaders within the consumer technology industry.
