LeJamiel “Lee” Goodall is the chief of staff at UL Standards & Engagement, driving the execution of operational and strategic priorities. Lee has a wealth of experience as a collaborative and results-driven leader across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.
Before joining ULSE, Goodall was the managing director of both Swing Left PAC and the 501(c)(4) organization Vote Forward, where he oversaw day-to-day operations. At the federal level, he was appointed by President Biden to serve as the senior advisor to the deputy administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration, providing leadership for the agency’s HR, budget, and IT services. Goodall also previously served as the head of community engagement and subsequently as chief of staff at Washington, D.C.’s District Department of Transportation. Earlier in his career, he led the marketing, outreach, and enrollment efforts to design, stand up, and operate Access Health CT—Connecticut’s quasi-state health care exchange implementing the Affordable Care Act. He began his career in financial services at Morgan Stanley.
Goodall earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and is a Chicago native.
