Beth Brooke serves on the ULSE Board of Directors. Beth brings her experience from a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. Beth serves on the boards of The New York Times Company, eHealth, Project Level, SHEEX, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and the Lehigh Valley Health Network. She co-chairs WomenDriveToo, a coalition dedicated to obtaining gender equity in vehicle safety, and is a member of The Knight Commission, whose mission is to preserve opportunities for broad-based participation in sport.
Beth previously served in many strategic and operational roles at EY over 38 years and retired from EY as its Global Vice Chair – Public Policy and a member of its Global Executive Board. She led public policy efforts across 150 countries and championed EY’s global diversity and inclusion efforts. Beth has been included 11 times on Forbes’ list of the “World’s 100 Most Powerful Women,” is in the OUTStanding LGBTQ Hall of Fame, and has also been inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame.
Beth also served in the U.S. Department of the Treasury during the Clinton Administration, where she played roles in the Healthcare and Superfund reform efforts and had tax policy responsibility for insurance and managed care. She is a past chair of the board of Vital Voices and a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
